    Instructions

    1. 1

In a large bowl, combine the 800 grams of peeled and cubed sweet potatoes, 400 grams of sliced Klobása, and 1 large red onion cut into wedges.

    2. 2

Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 minced cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of lightly crushed caraway seeds, 1 teaspoon of dried marjoram, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper to the bowl.

    3. 3

Toss all ingredients thoroughly until the sweet potatoes, Klobása, and red onion are evenly coated with the oil and spices.

    4. 4

Thread the seasoned sweet potato cubes, Klobása slices, and red onion wedges onto metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers, alternating them for even cooking.

    5. 5

Preheat a tandoor oven to a high temperature, approximately 200 to 230 degrees Celsius, ensuring it is ready for baking.

    6. 6

Carefully place the skewers directly onto the tandoor racks or hang them inside if your tandoor design allows, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender with a light char and the Klobása is thoroughly heated and slightly crisp.

    7. 7

Remove the skewers from the tandoor, sprinkle generously with 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley, and serve the Bohemian Tandoor-Baked Sweet Potato and Klobása Skewers immediately.
