    Instructions

    1. 1

Slice 400 grams of boneless duck breast into thin strips and marinate with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste for 20 minutes.

    2. 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

    3. 3

Add the marinated duck strips to the hot pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and mostly cooked through, then remove the duck and set aside.

    4. 4

In the same pan, add 1 large chopped onion and sauté until softened for about 3-4 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of garam masala, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    5. 5

Incorporate 1 large thinly sliced red bell pepper and 2 chopped green chilies, stir-frying for 3-5 minutes until the bell pepper is tender-crisp.

    6. 6

Return the cooked duck to the pan with the vegetables, add 0.25 cup of water, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors, ensuring the duck is fully cooked.

    7. 7

Garnish with 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of 1 tablespoon of lime juice before serving immediately.
