    Instructions

    1. 1

In a large bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of gochujang, 2 tablespoons of gochugaru, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 4 minced cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to create the marinade.

    2. 2

Add 1 pound of thinly sliced pork belly to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated, then let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

    3. 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    4. 4

Add 1 large thinly sliced onion to the hot skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it starts to soften.

    5. 5

Add the marinated pork belly to the skillet with the onions and stir-fry for 10-12 minutes, breaking up any clumps, until the pork is cooked through and slightly caramelized.

    6. 6

Stir in 3 chopped green onions during the last minute of cooking.

    7. 7

Transfer the Korean Spicy Pork Belly Stir-fry to a serving platter and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds before serving.
