    Instructions

    1. 1

Prepare the mango habanero sauce by blending 1 large peeled and diced mango, 1 deseeded habanero pepper, 0.25 cup finely diced red onion, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and 0.25 teaspoon of salt until smooth.

    2. 2

In a large bowl, toss 1 pound of shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 0.75 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper until evenly coated.

    3. 3

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.

    4. 4

While the shrimp cooks, prepare the cilantro lime slaw by combining 2 cups of shredded cabbage, 0.5 cup of chopped cilantro, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice in a medium bowl, then toss to combine.

    5. 5

Warm 8 corn or flour tortillas according to package instructions, either in a dry skillet or microwave.

    6. 6

Assemble the tacos by spooning a portion of the cilantro lime slaw onto each warm tortilla.

    7. 7

Top the slaw with a generous amount of cooked shrimp and drizzle with the prepared mango habanero sauce.

    8. 8

Serve the Mango Habanero Shrimp Tacos immediately as a flavorful meal.
