    Instructions

      Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

      In a large bowl, toss 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes, with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper, then spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

      In a separate bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper, then rub this mixture evenly over 1.5 pounds of pork tenderloin.

      Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on the same baking sheet with the sweet potatoes, ensuring they are not overcrowded, and roast for 20 minutes.

      While the pork and potatoes are roasting, in a medium bowl, combine 0.5 pound of trimmed fresh green beans with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 0.25 teaspoon of salt, and 0.1 teaspoon of black pepper.

      After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven, toss the sweet potatoes, add the seasoned green beans to the baking sheet, and brush 3 tablespoons of honey evenly over the pork tenderloin.

      Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue roasting for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius) and the vegetables are tender.
